The event was fantástic. I could learn more about mathematics and gender. The invited talks were very interesting. There was not a group about Mathematical Biology (my field of study) but the talks gave me some good ideas for my research. I hope to participate in some more BIRS virtual Workshops. It was truly inspiring to see and hear all these successful young women mathematicians present parts of their research projects and findings. The increasing possibility of being acknowledged as a female scientist in the slowly expanding Latin American Mathematical world is certainly a good sign for younger generations.
