The experience was great. I am starting a new project with 3 collaborators, one of them I met at this conference for the first time. I have a permanent position, but of course, this meeting is good for my CV nevertheless. The workshop promotes women and minority interaction. This is good for the entire field and science in general.

The conference was an excellent opportunity to meet experts in several diverse branches of non-commutative algebra and representation theory. The organizers were incredibly attentive and supportive toward junior participants such as me. This workshop has helped me connect with excellent researchers from whom I have learned about math and about successful collaborations in the field. I am very excited to be part of WINART 3 and extremely grateful for all the opportunities that it has opened up for my professional development and for the expansion of my research program.
