The CMO-BIRS workshop is a good place for me to meet people for sharing recent results, enjoying talks and having discussions with colleagues in the field. The current workshop is concerned with the topic on kinetic equations that has been developing so fast in recent years. Many speakers present their most new advances and results. In particular, I am feeling that many topics would be new directions of the kinetic theory.
