This workshop resulted in a new collaboration working on a new research project. There are numerous future directions for what we developed at BIRS, and we anticipate this will lead to publications and fruitful applications.

This project, WOA3, is mathematically fascinating and significant to me as it maintains continuity with the previous WOA1. Moreover, it will undoubtedly be of great help to my future research endeavors as I get to work with new group members in addition to those with whom I have already been collaborating. While it may not offer direct professional benefits to me as full professor, overcoming the challenges in my research environment, where there are relatively few individuals studying the field of operator algebras, was absolutely necessary and WOA3 serves that purpose.

The Women in Operator Algebras III workshop held at BIRS in June 2023 was a wonderful working mathematical experience. Its very purpose was to continue existing and start new collaborations between women working in various sub-fields of operator algebras. Personally, I had the opportunity to be part of a group of mathematicians with expertise in quantum probability and quantum information theory and to start working on a promising new project. We have obtained some preliminary results and are excited to take our project further. I also had the opportunity to interact with other groups and learn about their work, meet new people and discuss some important issues. The BIRS workshop has thus helped me learn and do new mathematics, make new contacts and friends, and start a fruitful collaboration.

This workshop was the first of its kind I ever participated in. It gave me a chance to meet active women researchers who are doing so well in their fields and to share my research work with other participants through a talk. I am a part of a new project now with collaborators from different parts of the world. We made good progress towards our goal of the projects during that one week. We are going to continue the work through online meetings now. Hopefully, we'll be able to come up with a paper before the next WOA IV. This workshop gave me a chance to be part of an international collaboration that would not have been really difficult otherwise. It would certainly give a boost to my career. Thanks for this great experience.
